Barefoot Surf (9268-8985 QC Inc.) uses a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) to link your credit card account to the service. The processing of payments or credits, as applicable, in connection with your use of the Service will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor and your credit card issuer in addition to these Terms. Barefoot Surf (9268-8985 QC Inc.) is not responsible for any errors by the Payment Processor. In connection with your use of the Service, Barefoot Surf (9268-8985 QC Inc.) will obtain certain transaction details, which Barefoot Surf (9268-8985 QC Inc.) will use solely in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to vary the fees billed for your subscription-based products from time to time, but only for the next and subsequent billing periods. In that event, we will give you notice of the variation at least 14 days before it will come into effect; and if you do not cancel your subscription within 14 days of the notice of the variation, you will be deemed to have accepted the variation.Barefoot Surf reserves the right to revise and update the applicable fees for subscriptions (including the fees set out on the relevant app stores where you subscribe to the Platform), and the different subscription packages available at any time at its sole discretion.
You can pay the fees for your subscription on the Barefoot Surf Tutorials website or Barefoot Surf App either through a credit card or PayPal payment, or through your account with the applicable app store in the case of the Barefoot Surf App (i.e. through in-app purchases).
The price of your subscription, as well as the currency in which your subscription is payable, will be specified during the order process, and may vary depending on your country of residence (as determined by the IP address of your device used to access the Platform).
When you purchase a subscription, you must provide us with complete and accurate payment information. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are entitled to purchase a subscription using those payment details. If we do not receive payment authorization or any authorization is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to your subscription. Barefoot Surf reserves the right to contact the issuing bank/payment provider and/or law enforcement authorities or other appropriate third parties if there is suspicious activity.
In addition to the subscription fee you are charged, certain banks and credit card issuers may charge a foreign transaction fee on transactions that take place abroad or in a foreign currency. You are responsible for paying any such fees.
Where you have subscribed for the Platform through an app store, the cancellation and refund of subscription fees will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions of that app store.
Billing management & terms
Subscriptions purchased directly from the Barefoot Surf website are managed and billed by Us.
All Barefoot Surf Website Purchases are processed securely via our third party payment gateway providers, such as Stripe or PayPal. You must refer to their terms and conditions for additional information.
No Support
Unless otherwise agreed by Barefoot Surf (9268-8985 QC Inc.) in writing, Barefoot Surf (9268-8985 QC Inc.) is not obligated to provide any support for the service.
Privacy
Barefoot Surf (9268-8985 QC Inc.) collects registration and other information about you through the service. Accordingly, you hereby grant to Barefoot Surf (9268-8985 QC Inc.) a nonexclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and fully sublicensable right to use the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose.
Termination
You may terminate your use of the service at any time by terminating your account and deleting any Barefoot Surf (9268-8985 QC Inc.) software from your device or personal computer. Termination of your account is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with Barefoot Surf (9268-8985 QC Inc.) regarding the Service or these Terms. Barefoot Surf (9268-8985 QC Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason. You remain solely liable for all obligations related to use of the service, even after you have stopped using the Service. Neither Barefoot Surf (9268-8985 QC Inc.) nor any of its licensors, suppliers, or publishers are liable to you or to any third party for any loss caused by any termination of the Service or termination of your access to the service.
Barefoot Surf Membership
You can become a Barefoot Surf Member by signing up to pay for a yearly or monthly subscription for unlimited access to our “Tutorials.” Tutorials are online video programming that we offer as part of Barefoot Surf Membership.
Recurring Billing
The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your membership and year or month thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your payment method each year or month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. We reserve the right to change our billing timing, in particular, if your payment method has not successfully been charged.
No Refunds after 7 days
Customers have 7 days to write to support@barefootsurftutorials.com and ask for a refund if they are not satisfied. After this period, payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods. Following a cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to your Barefoot Surf Membership through the end of your current billing period.
Cancellations
You may cancel your Barefoot Surf Membership at any time for any reason. Following a cancellation, you will lose access to all Tutorials at the end of your billing period. If you choose to sign back up as a member, your billing date will update to the day you paid.
Third-Party Content
We may email or provide you coupons, offers, and other specials from third parties (collectively “Promotions”). Barefoot Surf (9268-8985 QC Inc.) is not responsible for the redemption, errors, omissions, or expiration of Promotions. All Promotions featured as a part of the Service are subject to change without notice and we have no control over their legality or the ability of any merchant to complete the Promotion (including, the sale in accordance with the offer).
The service may contain links to Web pages and content of third parties (“Third-Party Content”) as a service to those interested in this information. We do not monitor, endorse, or adopt, or have any control over, any Third-Party Content. We undertake no responsibility to update or review any Third-Party Content and can make no guarantee as to its accuracy or completeness.
